Tour Itinerary
Day 1.
We will drive to the southern part of Mongolia on a paved road to South Gobi Province. Lunch on the way at Mandalgobi town. Overnight in a local hotel in Dalanzadgad town. (L/D)
Day 3.
- Camel racing
- Competition of shows, camel training methods, and customs of the Gobi people.
Each team must have 5 members to participate and show techniques of catching a camel with a lasso, tying to the camel's nose, and learning to ride and load.
- Camel loading competition
- Rewarding and Closing Ceremony
Visitors get the chance to interact with and learn about these intriguing animals and the camel herders' nomadic way of life. Drive back to Dalanzadgad and have dinner and an overnight stay in the local hotel. (B/L/D)
Day 4.
Drive back to Ulaanbaatar after breakfast. Have lunch on the way at Mandalgobi town. Transfer to the hotel in Ulaanbaatar and rest. (B/L/D)
